Consultations and Teacher Matching
Opus11 offers a personalized Musical Matchmaking process to help families find an appropriate teacher, program, and lesson format. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the family, student goals, schedule, teacher availability, and program fit.
Teacher recommendations are made thoughtfully, but placement may change if a different fit becomes more appropriate.
Trial Lessons, Classes, and Enrollment
Trial lessons and trial classes are subject to teacher availability, location availability, scheduling, and school policies. Ongoing enrollment, tuition, cancellation, makeup, and credit policies may be provided separately through our enrollment materials, parent portal, or school communications.
Families are responsible for reviewing and following current school policies related to scheduling, billing, attendance, makeups, and cancellations.
Payments and Billing
Payments may be processed through third-party billing or payment systems. Opus11 does not control all aspects of third-party payment processing. Families are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping payment methods current.
Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students and families agree to:

- Arrive on time for lessons, classes, and events
